Contact Furqanly
The public support surface for Furqanly is still being formalized. Until that is in place, this page describes the current state plainly and keeps the project from implying support channels that do not exist yet.
Current Status
Furqanly is still in an active build phase. The web app is live as a focused reading experience, but the project does not yet publish a dedicated public support inbox in this repository.
This page exists so the contact surface is explicit instead of implied. As public support channels firm up, they should be added here and reflected in the project docs.
Best Current Routes
- Product and release-direction updates are summarized on the Apps page.
- Account access and sign-in context currently flows through the Login and Settings pages.
- Site feedback, reader issues, and content corrections should be routed through the project’s active maintainer workflow until a public support email is published.
What To Include When Reaching Out
- The page URL or verse reference involved.
- The device and browser you were using.
- Whether the issue involves sign-in, reading progress, bookmarks, search, or SEO metadata.
- Screenshots or exact steps when something is broken or misleading.
